SENATOR SADIQ SULEIMAN UMAR (3SU) MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Empowering Young Leaders for a Brighter and more Prosperous Future in Kwara!
The Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar (3SU) Mentorship Program - also known as the Kwara State Youth Mentorship Fellowship (KSYMF) - is a Cohort structured leadership and development initiative designed to inspire and equip young people across Kwara State for Leadership in diverse areas.
Initiated by Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar (Rep. Kwara North Senatorial District and Chairman Senate Committees on Trade and Investment as well as Rules and Business), the program selects exceptional youths from each of the 16 Local Government Areas to participate in a structured transformational journey of mentorship and induction into an Leadership Academy for life long learning and linkage to opportunities.
Mentees selected will undergo intensive training in Leadership, Political Engagement, and Entrepreneurship, combining virtual learning, in-person workshops, mentorship from accomplished leaders, and a special one on one routine interaction with the Host (Sen. Sadiq Suleiman Umar).
Through this program, young Kwara leaders gain the tools, exposure, and networks they need to make lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
